At REPOMIND AI LLC, we offer various purchase options to accommodate the diverse needs of our enterprise clients, including recurring SaaS subscriptions, installment plans for digital assets, and milestone-based payments for custom engineering.

This policy specifically outlines how cancellations apply to these different purchasing structures.

1. Recurring SaaS Subscriptions

We offer access to our premium SaaS dashboards and ongoing infrastructure support through weekly and monthly subscription plans.

  • How to Cancel: You may cancel your active subscription at any time by logging into your secure Client Portal and selecting "Cancel Subscription," or by emailing our engineering support team directly.

  • Billing Cycle & Access: When you cancel a subscription, your billing will stop immediately for all future cycles. However, you will retain access to the SaaS product or service until the end of your current paid billing period.

  • No Prorated Refunds: Because you receive immediate and irrevocable access to our digital infrastructure upon payment, we do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

2. Installment Plans (Split Payments)

Certain high-ticket digital assets or UI blueprints may be offered through an installment payment plan (e.g., splitting the total cost into multiple scheduled payments).

  • Commitment: By selecting an installment plan, you agree to pay the full total price of the digital asset. An installment plan is not a subscription; it is a legally binding financing agreement for a fixed-price product.

  • Cancellation Restrictions: You cannot "cancel" an installment plan midway through the payment schedule simply because you no longer wish to use the product. If a scheduled payment fails or is intentionally blocked, access to the digital asset and its licensing rights will be immediately revoked, and your account may be restricted until the balance is settled.

3. Milestone Payments (Custom Services)

For Custom Web Infrastructure and Deep Technical Audits, we operate on a fixed-price, milestone-based structure (typically a 50% upfront deposit and a 50% final payment).

  • Cancellation by Client: If you choose to cancel a custom project after the 50% upfront deposit has been paid and our team has initiated the architecture phase, the deposit remains strictly non-refundable to cover the engineering labor and strategy already deployed. You will not be billed for the remaining 50% balance, but no final assets or intellectual property will be delivered.
