At REPOMIND AI LLC (operating through repomindaillc.com), we provide high-end digital solutions, including Custom Digital Services, SaaS Products, and Digital Assets. Because our offerings are 100% digital, we do not ship physical items, and no physical delivery will take place.

This policy outlines how and when your digital purchases and custom projects will be delivered to you.

1. Fulfillment of Digital Assets & SaaS Products
For all ready-to-use digital templates, codebase blueprints, UI/UX kits, and SaaS access portals, we require 100% payment upfront.

  • Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment verification at checkout, our automated system will immediately send a fulfillment email to the email address you provided.

  • Accessing Your Files: This email will contain a secure download link or an access portal link for your SaaS product.

  • Troubleshooting: If you do not receive your delivery email within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it is still missing, contact our support team immediately with your Order Number so we can manually resend your access link.

2. Fulfillment of Custom Digital Services
For our custom service offerings (including Custom Web Infrastructure, Custom Web Applications, SaaS Integrations, UI/UX & Branding, Website Maintenance, and API Integrations & Automation), fulfillment is milestone-based.

  • Onboarding & Kickoff: Work commences only after the mandatory 50% upfront deposit is secured and all required client assets (briefs, logins, branding) are provided.

  • Standard Timelines: Standard website builds and smaller custom integrations typically take 2 to 4 weeks to fulfill.

  • Complex Timelines: Large-scale custom infrastructure, advanced SaaS integrations, or complex web applications require 4 to 8 weeks for proper development, testing, and fulfillment.

  • Final Delivery: Upon project completion, and only after the remaining 50% balance is paid in full, we will deliver the complete project. This includes handing over all source files, documentation, final codebases, and administrative credentials via a secure digital workspace.

3. Checkout Agreement
Before completing any transaction on our website, you are required to check the terms and policies agreement box on the checkout page. By checking this box, you acknowledge that you understand our digital fulfillment processes, project timelines, and our strict no-refund policy on delivered digital goods.
