1. Overview
At REPOMIND AI LLC (operating through repomindaillc.com), we provide premium digital assets, SaaS templates, UI/UX kits, and automation blueprints. When you purchase a digital product from our store, you are not buying ownership of the intellectual property (IP) or the underlying source code. Instead, you are purchasing a license to use the asset under specific conditions.

2. Standard License Types
Depending on the variant you select at checkout, your digital product comes with one of the following licenses:

  • Basic / Single-Use License:
    This license grants you the right to use the digital asset for one (1) personal or commercial project (e.g., your own website or one client's website). You may modify the template, but you cannot use it for multiple end-products.

  • Pro / Extended License:
    This license allows you to use the digital asset for multiple client projects within your own agency. You may customize and deploy the code for different clients, but you cannot distribute the raw files.

  • White-Label Agency License:
    This top-tier license grants you full flexibility to rebrand the asset, use it across unlimited client projects, and transfer the final developed product to your clients without our branding.

3. Strictly Prohibited Uses (All Licenses)
Regardless of the license tier you purchase, the following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license revocation and potential legal action:

  • Reselling or Redistributing: You may not resell, share, lease, or distribute the raw source files, templates, or UI kits as a standalone digital product on any marketplace (e.g., ThemeForest, UI8, Gumroad) or your own store.

  • Claiming Authorship: You may not claim the original, unmodified codebase or design framework as your own proprietary invention.

  • Open Source Sharing: You may not upload our premium assets to public repositories (such as public GitHub repos) where they can be downloaded for free.

4. Refunds & Digital Access
As outlined in our Return and Refund Policy, due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods and source code, all digital asset purchases are final. Once you have downloaded the file or accessed the SaaS link, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

5. Updates & Support
Your license includes access to the version of the product available at the time of purchase. While we often provide free updates for our templates, we are not legally obligated to provide lifetime updates or free technical support for custom modifications unless a separate Website Maintenance or Support package is purchased.
